The University’s telephony and communication eco-system delivers telephone services to over 150 buildings throughout the Acton campus, whilst also connecting several remote sites across key outposts in Melbourne, Darwin, Siding Springs (Northern NSW) and Mt Stromlo.

The telephony eco-system is maintained through an enterprise Avaya platform which supports a number of essential University phone services. These include the management of all University handsets (SIP/IP/analogue desk phones), the ANU staff directory, University call centres and all other associated services.

All telephone services (including mobile phones) are managed by IT Services (ITS) and its support partners.
