Call forwarding via EC500 feature to mobile

Initial Setup

Submit a service request via the Service Desk Portal to activate the EC500 feature for your extension. Please ensure the following information and approvals are provided:

  • Fist Name
  • Last Name
  • Uni ID number
  • Extension
  • Mobile Number
  • EC500 Charge Code Approval

How do I activate and deactivate it daily?

Upon completion of the initial setup of this feature by ITS, follow the guide (link to KBA) to activate and deactivate the EC500 feature yourself.
