If you are experiencing issues with call quality or with your desk phone, submit a service request via the Service Desk Portal, providing a brief description of the type of issues being experienced.
If it is determined the desk phone is faulty and the phone is less than 12 months old, the unit can be replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If the unit is more than 12 months old and you require a replacement, please submit a service request via the Service Desk Portal, along with written approval from your financial delegate and valid charge code.
Note: if your desk phone is an end-of-life analogue phone (connected via a telephone cable, as opposed to a network cable), it will be replaced by ITS with a new SIP phone at no cost (faulty or otherwise). Please submit a service request via the Service Desk Portal for replacement.
