If you require a new desk phone, replacement desk phone or associated telephone accessories, submit a service request via the Service Desk Portal, along with written approval from your financial delegate and valid charge code.
Examples of what can be provided include but are not limited to:
New Avaya SIP desk phones
Headsets, both corded and wireless and connecting cables
Disability devices such as Roger Pen, loud alarms, specialised handsets with larger buttons, acoustically coupled devices
Note: Please do not attempt to purchase any equipment directly as there is no guarantee it will be compatible or supported within the University’s enterprise telephony system.
