Desk Phones & Accessories

If you require a new desk phone, replacement desk phone or associated telephone accessories, submit a service request via the ANUConnect portal, along with written approval from your financial delegate and valid charge code. 

Examples of what can be provided include but are not limited to: 

• New Avaya SIP desk phones 

• Headsets, both corded and wireless and connecting cables 

• Disability devices such as Roger Pen, loud alarms, specialised handsets with larger buttons, acoustically coupled devices 

• Security phones 

Note: Please do not attempt to purchase any equipment directly as there is no guarantee it will be compatible or supported within the University’s enterprise telephony system.
