ServiceNow is an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Tool which provides uniformed workflows and procedures to support the following standard IT processes:

  • Incident Management
  • Request Management
  • Change Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • IT Purchasing 

As a result of the ServiceNow implementation, staff and students are requested to log requests for support and report all Incidents via ServiceNow.

All changes proposed to the  ITS Production Environment are required to be recorded in the Change Management module of ServiceNow.
