ANU Secure

ANU Secure is the University's preferred wireless network for staff, students and visitors. It is provided across all ANU campuses.

How can I access ANU Service?

ANU students and staff can connect to ANU Secure Wi-Fi using their ANU ID ('u1234567') and password. You can find ANU Secure guides for specific devices on the right. For further assistance, log a Service Desk ticket.

What if I am a visitor to the ANU?

Visitors can use their own University ID ('u1234567@youruni.edu.au') and password to access the Eduroam wireless network. Special access to ANU Secure can be arranged for visitors affiliated with a business unit within the University.

Having trouble connecting?

1. Turn your Wi-Fi off and on again. Sometimes, your device is simply sticking to the old connection instead of connecting to the strongest available signal.
2. Make sure you are using the right credentials. You should be signing in to ANU Secure using your ANU ID in format 'u1234567' and Eduroam in format in 'u1234567@youruni.edu.au'.
3. Forget your network and sign-in again.
