The University's self-service portal for staff is used for managing personal information, completing absence requests, filling timesheets (casual staff), access payslips and completing HR forms. A manager portal is also available for staff with direct reporting lines to approve requests. A full list of list of what is currently available in self service can be accessed here. 

Access

Access is available for staff using Single Sign On. If using a private browser, you may be prompted for a username (University ID) and password.  If you require a password reset, please contact the IT Service Desk on +61 2 6125 4321.

If you have a system issue, please send an email to the HR Systems team with the following information to assist investigations: 
- University ID
- Details of issue
- Date and time of issue
- Screenshot


HR Systems staff may, on occasions, be unavailable during the advertised times so they can attend meetings. A message can be left on voicemail during these times and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
