If you have a system issue, please send an email to the HR Systems team with the following information to assist investigations:
- University ID
- Details of issue
- Date and time of issue
- Screenshot
Passwords
If you require a password reset for your ES password, please contact the IT Service Desk on +61 2 6125 4321.
You can change your password on Enterprise Systems domain passphrase change web page.
