If additional software is required please follow the usual channels to request software via Service Desk Portal.
Once you receive notification that the software has been approved and remotely deployed, please follow the steps below to install it. Please note, you will need to be connected to the Internet and the VPN.
Windows: Go to Software Center | select required software | select Install
Mac: Go to Managed Software Center | select required software

NB: Not all software is available for use on a personal device.
If additional Hardware is required please follow the usual channels to request hardware via Service Desk Portal.
Please note: there may still be delays due to supplier shortages.
