We are aware of an issue affecting the numbering of sub-clauses in the web version of the Enterprise Agreement. This is currently being reviewed. In the meantime, please refer to the PDF version of the Agreement for accurate clause numbering if required.
11.1. The University may offer employment to higher education institution graduates under a Graduate Recruitment and Development Program, with an initial 12-month structured induction, training and development program including rotation to different work areas within the University or Division.
11.2. Graduates employed under this program will have a commencing salary of ANU Officer Level 3, Step 1. Following successful completion of this 12-month program, employment will be confirmed at the ANU Officer Level 5, Step 2 salary level.
11.3. Thereafter, the staff member will be eligible for salary progression in accordance with clause 23 (Incremental salary progression).
