7. Types of appointment

We are aware of an issue affecting the numbering of sub-clauses in the web version of the Enterprise Agreement. This is currently being reviewed. In the meantime, please refer to the PDF version of the Agreement for accurate clause numbering if required.

7.1.  The University will engage a person as an employee in accordance with this Agreement on terms that correspond with the following types of employment:

1. continuing employment (clause 8)
2. part time employment (clause 9)
3. performance based employment contracts (clause 10)
4. Graduate Recruitment and Development Program (clause 11)
5. continuing (contingent funded) employment (clause 12)
6. fixed term employment (clause 13)
7. casual employment (clause 14)
