We are aware of an issue affecting the numbering of sub-clauses in the web version of the Enterprise Agreement. This is currently being reviewed. In the meantime, please refer to the PDF version of the Agreement for accurate clause numbering if required.
8.1. Continuing employment means all employment other than fixed term, continuing (contingent funded), senior management appointments, casual employment or those employed on employment schemes under this Agreement. A continuing appointment is made for an indefinite period and may be full time or part time.
