HDR supervision registration, renewal and reporting

The purpose of the Higher Degree Research (HDR) Supervision Development Framework is to foster and support best practice in HDR supervision. The Framework includes an ANU HDR Supervisor Register. All ANU HDR supervisors, and Chairs of Panels and Primary Supervisors who are not ANU staff members, must:

join the register by completing HDR Supervision Initial Registration once only and, subsequently;
maintain their registration by completing HDR Supervision Annual Registration Renewal each calendar year.

Associate Supervisors who are not ANU staff members are not required to join the register or maintain their registration, but are very welcome and encouraged to do so.

HDR Supervision Reporting

The HDR Supervision Dashboard and Reports are now available on the ANU Insight Portal . This reporting suite consists of the HDR General Dashboard, HDR Supervisor View, and HDR Supervisor List.

The Dashboard can be accessed within the Insight “Research Student” section under the “Student” or “Research” tiles.
