People and Culture provide support to staff with disability via the Safety and Wellbeing Team.  Contact Disability Support for information on workplace assessments, workplace adjustment plans, accessible parking or advice.

ANU Hearing Augmentation List

Provides the location of all ANU Hearing Augmentation systems.  Find out more about using Hearing Augmentation systems, and request an IR receiver to use the IR system from ANU Service Now.  Staff who use the hearing loop systems will be issued a receiver to use as needed.

PEEP’s

If you would require assistance to evacuate in an emergency, you need to complete a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan and lodge it with your building custodian.

Neurodiversity Hub

The ANU is a member of the Neurodiversity Hub which provides resources for neurodivergent staff.

ANUOK

ANU OK is an ANU produced mobile phone app.  It has a fix-my-campus app which allows you to report access problems on campus by taking a photo and reporting directly to Facilities and Services.  The app will also alert to you to emerging situations on campus.

ANU EAP

The ANU offers an employee assistance program (EAP) to staff requiring counselling and advisory services.

JobAccess provides useful information and resources for people with disability at work.  JobAccess Employment Access Fund is available to support people with a disability fund equipment, support options and resources to help.

National Relay Service

The National Relay Service (NRS) enables people who are Deaf or hard of hearing, or who do not speak, to communicate via a three-way telephone connection.
