ANUOK App

New ANUOK App is available

A new version of the ANUOK App with an updated design and extra features is available to download now.  

We encourage you to use or download the new App, which continues to provide campus security information, services and alerts. You can download ANUOK through the App store for iPhone or Google Play for Android. 

Some exciting new features include 'Fix my campus' and 'WorkAlone', which enables staff and students to receive regular check-ins from Security or a nominated contact when they start a session. Further information on the App's features is provided below.

The ANUOK App has been automatically updated to the new version for existing users.

 

ANUOK is the official safety and wellbeing app for our ANU community.

The app features include quick access to Security, emergency information and current alerts, COVID updates, safety tools, a campus map and other personal support resources.

All staff and students should download the ANUOK App.

Make sure you turn on push notifications to stay informed about what's happening that affects our community.

Safety features

Emergency information

If you need urgent help, tap "call Security" to be connected instantly with UniSafe, who are on campus 24 hours a day and will provide immediate assistance.

Alerts and COVID updates

We'll let you know if there’s anything on campus that may impact your safety and wellbeing.

WorkAlone

WorkAlone enables staff and students to receive regular check ins from Security or a nominated contact when they start a session. This feature helps protect our community when they are working or studying on the Acton campus and can be used at any time.

Safety tools

These tools are an additional layer of security available to users and can be used at any time. They include tools that use your device as an alarm or torch, as well as duress signals that transmit back to Security.

Fix my campus

This feature allows users to report anything they discover on campus that may need to be addressed, for example, damaged facilities or wildlife issues.

Campus map

The interactive campus map allows users to navigate in real time by providing information including building numbers and street names.

Wellbeing features

App notifications

Relevant, timely notifications about things happening around you. Reduce stress by staying informed about scams, weather events, COVID-19 or building closures.

Wellbeing and support

A summary of the support measures available for staff and students, and how to access them.

Privacy and data

The assessment of the ANUOK App found the application is consistent with the University's privacy policy and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.
