I believe mentoring is important because it allows professional growth by providing guidance on how to carry out specific tasks or acquire practical skills.

I am a Chronic Disease Implementation Scientist who holds rich experience in implementing public health programs overseas and in Australia. Since, 2015, I have collaborated with researchers from over 20 countries through the active engagement of a range of stakeholders in program design, implementation and evaluation. I am happy to offer practical advice and share my professional learnings around leadership, team building and setting SMART goals that might help individuals in their professional growth. I have mentored over 15+ researchers and professionals who have contributing in various sectors.
