  2. What legislation governs the University
  3. The ANU Council and its Committees
  4. Role of the ANU Council
  5. Legal duties of officials and staff
  6. The governance frameworks of the University
  7. How to get further advice and assistance

What to expect?

The workshop is delivered as a briefing and facilitated discussion of the key elements of governance at ANU. Participants are free to ask questions along the way. The goal is to ensure that participants to have an understanding of the fundamentals of governance at ANU.

  • Staff whose work may involve interaction with the ANU Council, University Executive or the governance frameworks of the University
