Recent initiatives
Improved HR and finance gateway systems
We have made important improvements to our human resource (HR), finance and student payment gateway systems. This reduces administration, improves data accuracy and security, and enables us to provide better HR and finance services to our community.
Automation and digitisation
‘Citizen developers’ from the Fenner School of Environment and Society developed the Extension Application to simplify extension management – significantly reducing workloads and increasing course convening effectiveness at ANU.
What's coming next
We will transition eForms processes into existing ANU tools and systems, including Microsoft and ServiceNow, to enable upgrades, improve security and better meet the needs of staff and students.
