Recent initiatives
Strengthening the security of staff and student information
Self‑service and administrator access to ANU enterprise systems is now protected by multi‑factor authentication (MFA). Single sign‑on across Finance, HR and Student Administration systems has streamlined access for authorised users, reducing the need for multiple logins while maintaining strong security controls.
What's coming next
Simpler, more connected access to ANU services
We have launched ANUConnect, a new one-stop portal for IT and Campus Environment Services. ANUConnect will progressively replace the Service Desk portal and introduce a single-entry point for finding information and requesting services across multiple University areas.
