Phase 2 of HDR Administrative Support Project is Underway

Phase 2 of the Project is now underway. The Project Charter has been approved by the Steering Committee, Chaired by DVC Research. The charter will guide the conduct of Phase 2 of the project and outlines the collaborative approach that will be taken in the design of the future operating model for HDR Student Administrative Support.

Project Management Group (PMG) meetings commenced on 18 February with membership from across the University at College, School and Service Division level. The PMG will play a critical role in the design of the new target operating model. Current focus of the PMG's work is the articulation of all the administrative support activities undertaken at ANU, in the form of a 'value chain'. This value chain will provide the framework for the design of the future operating model.
