Designing the future state of HDR Administrative Support

The HDR Student Administrative Support project is now entering the design phase. The design of the future operating model will be achieved via a collaborative approach, with members of the Project Management Group (PMG), students, and wider stakeholders from Service Divisions, Colleges and Schools participating in 'detailed design' sessions (11 March - 24 March).

The focus of the 'detailed design' sessions will be to develop a blueprint of what HDR Administration will look like in the future across the 'value chain'. These sessions will be guided by a set of design principles, developed with the PMG and Steering Committee, that outline what an effective and efficient administration model must allow for in order to achieve the vision for HDR Student Administration.
