Local IT Support Staff (LITSS) are ANU staff who provide IT support to the ANU Colleges, Schools, Centres and Divisions.

  • Login using your Uni ID and Identity (university) password.
  • Include a detailed description of your issue or request.

• Call ANU Service Desk 02 612 54321
  • Select option 2 for IT, then follow the prompts.
