Kindly be advised that we are currently experiencing some issues with the power supply to some common area tables and benches in Kambri’s Marie Reay Teaching Building. We are working with our facilities management company to resolve these issues and hope to have normal services resume soon. Thank you for your understanding.
New after-hours technical support is now available for the 330 centrally timetabled teaching spaces with AV increasing support hours by 3.5 hours a day. Staff in these rooms can now receive support from 7:00am to 7:30pm, Monday – Friday. This additional service is provided through a partnership between IT Services (ITS) and Teaching Support Services Team (TSST).
For assistance staff can dial x54321, selecting option 1, option 1. Alternatively, staff can dial x50004. The relevant extension will be displayed on the support poster as you enter the room.
There are a range of venues on campus, including:
- Computer labs (PC or MAC)
- Flat teaching spaces (tutorial/seminar) with movable furniture
- Tiered lecture theatres with fixed furniture

You must complete the relevant Application for Venue Hire (AVH) and email it to email@example.com.
No room hire fee is applied for ANU Students and/or Student groups with current affiliation to College/School, ANUSA, PARSA or the Clubs Council, please complete the STUDENTS Application for Venue Hire (AVH).
No room hire fee is applied for ANU staff members, and/or an ANU department, conducting work business, please complete the STAFF Application for Venue Hire (AVH).
- For non-ANU entities (e.g. organisation, business group), please complete the EXTERNAL Application for Venue Hire (AVH). Please refer to 2021 Price List for ANU Venue Hire for external venue bookings. (GST inclusive).

The event organiser must read and agree to comply with the ANU Venue Hire Terms and Conditions at the time of the Application for Venue Hire (AVH) submission. ANU reserves the right to cancel or amend any booking.

Additional furniture can be hired through ANU Venue Hire, subject to availability of furniture and the delivery schedule.
Furniture Hire prices are the mandatory costs for delivery and pick-up of furniture (charged per item).
The required processing time for ANU Venue Hire enquiries and booking requests is two business days. This may be longer in peak periods (i.e. January-March).

Central Teaching Spaces cannot be booked prior to 6.00 pm on weekdays while the teaching timetable is being finalised. This does not include the mid-Semester break times. Once the teaching timetable is finalised, bookings can be made at any available time.
Semester One teaching timetable is usually released in early March.
Semester Two teaching timetable is usually released in early August.
Booking requests made while the teaching timetable is being finalised will be allocated to a waiting list. Our team will contact you once the teaching timetable has been released.
Food and drink is not permitted in any Central Teaching Spaces.
