Sponsorships

The Enrolments and Fees Office administers the processing of external and internal sponsorships. The sponsorships are arrangements established between a proposed sponsor and student, for the sponsor (either an external organisation or a school or college within the ANU) to cover the payment of charges for the student. These charges include domestic tuition fees (DTF), international student fees (ISF), student services and amenities fee (SA Fee), overseas student health cover (OSHC) and higher education contribution scheme (HECS).

The Enrolments and Fees Office is primarily responsible for the fees-related processes for sponsorships, including set-up and application of sponsorships to student accounts in Student Administration System, and sponsor invoice billing and payment receipting. General enquiries (including requests for letters or signed documents) are handled by Student Central, while high-level stakeholder engagements for particular sponsors are managed by Future Student (International).
