Enrolments and Fees Office

The Enrolments and Fees Office (E&F) manages a range of functions relating to student fee compliance including HELP eligibility and maintenance, student and sponsor invoicing, student debt recovery, cancellation for non-payment and fee refunds. E&F is also responsible for the account management and data integrity of student fees, which involves preparing fee reconciliations and ledger maintenance, and handling banking and payment uploads in Student Administration System.

E&F actions a large number of administrative processes for coursework variation requests such as degree transfers, program leave, program withdrawals and changes to enrolments.

E&F provides services in support of other administrative functions related to student accounts such as managing internal and external sponsorship arrangements, administering Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for international students, and financial management and reporting for the Australia Awards Scholarships.
