NECTAR runs a career development mentoring program for early- and mid-career teachers and researchers.

Reported by Mentees to be a "game changer", the Program is designed specifically to support the diverse career development needs of early- and mid-career research and teaching staff at ANU. This 9-month program is supported by all ANU Colleges, offers career development workshops and mentoring, and enables Mentors and Mentees to build people connections across campus and beyond.

Applications for the 2020 Program are currently open and will close on 1 March 2020.
