University Services Feedback - One Year on!

11 February 2019

In the past 12 months, over 480 pieces of feedback were received from the ANU community!

The University Services Feedback process was launched on the eForm portal in January 2018 as part of the University’s effort to improve services across campus.

In the past 12 months, over 480 pieces of feedback were received from the ANU community! And more feedback is flowing through the eForm every day. They ranged from a variety of categories, including everything from: parking, health services, and campus retailers; to timetabling, security, and website accessibility.

The information gathered so far is already influencing short and long-term plans to improve your experience at ANU.

Easily actioned feedback, such as suggestions on how to make common areas more comfortable, have been already adopted. Larger feedback items are now being assessed by steering committees and working groups across the University to better guide their decision making.

Over 87 staff members have also received compliments for their outstanding work through this process. This has helped them see that their hard work is noticed and appreciated by the ANU community.

The feedback form is a great opportunity for you to provide us with your ideas on how to improve a service; compliment a staff member or team for providing excellent service; or give your opinion about a service that didn’t meet your expectations.

If you would also like to provide feedback follow this link to the eForm now! For more information go to the University Services Feedback web page.
