Policy news: Research Training Program Scholarship policy and procedure

The University's Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship Policy and Procedure came into effect on 30 June 2017, meeting Australian Government requirements that all universities develop RTP Policies. The Department of Education and Training has assessed all university RTP policies with some minor changes required for ANU.

The resulting changes made to the RTP Scholarships Policy provide some additional cross-links to the RTP Scholarships Procedure relating to suspensions, types of scholarships support, and scholarship eligibility where there is other income. The RTP Scholarships Procedure is amended by inclusion of a clause relating to domestic students and RTP Fee Offset scholarship (also currently in the RTP Scholarships Policy).
