Part 2 of the Service Effectiveness Assessment
Dear colleagues,
You are invited to participate in Part 2 of the Service Effectiveness Assessment (previously known as the Service Effectiveness Survey) for The Australian National University. This part of the survey has a greater focus on student and teaching support services.
You may remember that we ran Part 1 of this survey in November 2021. Once Part 2 of the survey is finalised, we will provide a briefing on the results to all staff through the ANU Service Effectiveness website.
Your feedback will help us understand which services meet your needs and where we need to improve our services. Results from similar surveys in previous years have helped with a number of service improvements at ANU.
You will receive an email invitation with the title “UniForum Service Effectiveness Assessment: your feedback on services at ANU” on Wednesday 13 April with a link to access the anonymous survey online, which will close at 5pm on Friday 6 May 2022. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.
This survey is open to anyone who has worked for more than six months at ANU. If you do not receive an invitation, but would like to provide feedback, please use the University Services Feedback eForm.
This survey is being conducted by Cubane Consulting on behalf of all universities involved in the global UniForum Benchmarking program. Look out for an email coming from service.effectiveness@surveys.anu.edu.au
Cubane Consulting will compile our results and provide benchmarking against other universities in the program. All your responses are confidential.
