New videos now available

ANU Recruit videos are now available. These videos will provide you with an overview on how to: 

• create and approve a job
• manage applicants
• create selection committee review
• review and approve an offer.

Updates to ANU Recruit manual and procedures

Since going live with ANU Recruit, the user manual has also been reviewed based on feedback from the Colleges and Schools and a number of additions and minor edits to the Non-Advertised Appointments, or Variation to Appointment procedure have been undertaken. This procedure has been incorporated in to the ANU Recruit Manual, which can be found on the ANU Recruit Resources page. 

The manual also includes the following new instructions:

• Setting Bookmarks for ANU Recruit (Page reference 9)
• How to Access Applicant Documents (Page Reference 48)

Drop in sessions

Drop in sessions will provide ANU Recruit users with an opportunity to ask technical questions about how to use the system and to continue to learn the new system. It will also provide an opportunity for other Colleges/Schools to share their experiences.

Drop in sessions have been scheduled as follow:

26 November 2014 1-2pm Building 10b, Large Link Room

3 December 2014 1-2pm Building 10b, Large Link Room

Due the size of the room, numbers will be limited to 20 people per session. Please advise of your attendance by RSVP to Melissa.kirk@anu.edu.au

ANU Recruit Information Sessions

The following Information Sessions will provide ANU Recruit users with information on specific topics to enable them to have a better awareness and understanding of the system.  Information sessions have been scheduled as follow:

21 November 2014 - 11.30am-12.30pm - Appointment without Advertisement

28 November 2014 - 10.30-11.30am - Appointment with Advertisement

5 December 2014 - 10.30-11.30am - Offer Cards and Letter Merge
