A reminder about changed parking conditions at Baldessin parking station

02 Oct 2018

Parking conditions in the Baldessin Parking Station have changed, as of 3 September 2018.

From Monday 3 September 2018 Level 5 of the parking station will be allocated to contractors working on the Research School of Social Sciences building project (which will be located on the old Pauline Griffin Building site on Ellery Crescent).

In an effort to manage construction parking and traffic servicing the new Research School of Social Sciences building, contractors will be allocated a discrete and manageable parking area; level 5 of the Baldessin parking station.

Contractors will have to pay for parking. Drivers parking on level 5 of the station must be registered with the project. Vehicles parking on level 5 without the appropriate permit may receive an infringement notice. It is hoped that this can reduce the impact of construction parking across this area of the campus by defining where they can park.

Parking station permit holders will remain on levels 1-3 with Pay As You Go parking available on Level 4.

This project is estimated to be complete by late 2019.

Thank you for your co-operation during this project.
