2013 UniForum data released to universities

The 2013 UniForum data has been finalised by Cubane Consulting and released to participating universities on 30 September. The Service Improvement Group (SIG) will take the lead in producing functional and organisational reports between now and the end of the year. A draft schedule has been developed and will be distributed to Senior Management.

This is the third year the ANU has participated in the UniForum Benchmaring Project which is administered by Cubane Consulting on behalf of a collection of Australian and New Zealand Universities.

The Survey results provide us with important insights into our service operations and assist in making informed strategic decisions relating to areas such as service delivery costs, organisation design, investment priorities, process redesign and financial management. The information also allows us to benchmark against the other 18 participating Universities in Australia and New Zealand to see how we compare.
