How come when I have multiple screens open the screens mimic each other?
You will need to open a new browser session - Select file from Internet explorer and select new session.
Note: you will need to log in again
How can I access TM1 off campus?
You can login via VPN at https://anuvpn.anu.edu.au. For more information please refer to https://itservices.anu.edu.au/it-security/vpn/.
Speed while scrolling
When scrolling up and down the page on a report, it is usually faster to either use the up and down arrow keys or use the bar on the right. Using the mouse scroll wheel is often slow and causes a lag.
Process failed
If "process failed" appears when pressing "Recalc",check the date formats and GLC formats entered. Dates must be entered as dd/mm/yyyy. If the date is not entered in this format then the process will fail. Note - the delimiter "/" or "-" does not affect the calculation being successful.
