Request for New or Upgrade to software in IC

Please log a separate ticket, in ServiceNow, for each piece of Software required.

  1. Click Teaching (IC Software) Requestand if prompted, log in using your Uni ID and University (Identity) password.
  2. Please select either New or Upgrade software.
  3. Complete the form as required.
  4. Click Submit.

Please note:  you are not required to log a ticket to Retain software in the Information Commons (IC).
