Desktop/ Laptops/ Android 

1. Sign in to Outlook Web App (http://outlook.com/anu.edu.au).
2. Select Your Name in the top right of the Webmail interface.
3. Select Open Other Mailbox.
4. In the popup window, enter the name of the functional mailbox that you would like to open.
5. Select Open, This will open the functional mailbox that you have entered. 

iPhone/iPad 

Google Chrome app

1. Download Chrome - web browser app by google in the App Store.
2. Once installed sign in to your ANU Email account via http://outlook.com/anu.edu.au.
3. Select Outlook
4. On the top right hand side of the screen select the three veritical dots button.
5. In the menu select Request Desktop Site, This will take you to the full Outlook Web Access (OWA) page.
6. Select Your Name in the top right of the Webmail interface.
7. Select Open Other Mailbox.
8. In the popup window, enter the name of the functional mailbox that you would like to open.
9. Select Open, This will open the functional mailbox that you have entered. 

Note: Accessing a functional account via the above instructions does not allow for optimal viewing.
