Welcome to The Australian National University.  

ANU conducts research and education at the highest international standard and has an important role in nation-building. This makes the University an active, exciting and dynamic place, where people do great work and are encouraged to be their best.  

As a new staff member this guide will introduce you to the University, its academic areas, service units and key people. It will also demonstrate how your work will help ANU continue to achieve its distinct national mission. Most importantly it will give you information you need to feel at home in your new workplace.
