Recruitment Approval Committee
The Recruitment Approval Committee (RAC)is responsible for ensuring that all recruitment efforts align with organisational goals, budgetary constraints, and strategic workforce planning. It provides both strategic oversight and final approval of staff recruitment requests within the University.
The Committeehas been established on a temporary basis.The temporary nature of the Committee's establishment allows for flexibility in responding to immediate organisational needs related to recruitment control and volume management.
A Business Support Guide has been developed to outline the operational procedure, process flow, and assessment considerations for this committee.

*The role of the Provost on this Committee will be represented on a rotating basis by the Provost’s direct reports until the Provost is active in role.
