We are aware of an issue affecting the numbering of sub-clauses in the web version of the Enterprise Agreement. This is currently being reviewed. In the meantime, please refer to the PDF version of the Agreement for accurate clause numbering if required.
5.1. All staff members are required to comply with University policies, procedures and guidelines, however, such policies, procedures and guidelines are not incorporated into and do not form part of this Agreement.
5.2. Where a reference is made to a specific policy in this Agreement, any changes to policy that are inconsistent with fundamental principles of the policy at the date this agreement is approved will be subject to consultation with the relevant unions.
