Changing FoRs

• Changing FoR: 1- Output List 
  • In this video, we demonstrate the process of changing the FoRs and the apportionments assigned to an output through “Output List” page

Using Filters

Approvals

• Approval – Submit for Approval by Panel Member 
  • The Approval process in ERA system consists of several steps. In this video, we demonstrate the first step of submitting proposed FoR change of an output or series of outputs, by the Panel Member to the Panel Chair
• Approval – Internal Approval 
  • In this video, we demonstrate when a panel chair internally approve or reject submitted changes
• Approval – External Approval 
  • In this video, we demonstrate the external approval by Panel Chair
• Using Change Log in the Approval Process 
  • Panel Members and Panel Chairs can use Change Log to add and view the comments related to any FoR proposed changes
• Change Log and History Features in ERA System 
  • All the changes in FoR are logged and the different steps of approval process is recorded. This video shows the differences between these two features and how the Change Log and History can be explored.
