Data Provisioning, Analytics & Governance

The Data Provisioning, Analytics & Governance team leads the transformation ANU data and analytics and drives improvements in data quality, utility and reporting by working with Executive Data Stewards and the Data Domain Stewards to improve and strengthen the use of sophisticated datasets to inform key decision-making in the University.

The team is also responsible for institutional data architecture and metadata management, data warehousing and the provision of data to enable evidence-based decision-making. The team drives the Data Information Management & Integration Strategy as part of the Digital Plan to build value in our data assets and has oversight of data governance under the ANU policy and procedure.

ANU Data Hub

The ANU Data Hub is a platform for all University staff. It draws from different sources across ANU and beyond to provide a single portal to search for and access analysis, evaluations, and visualisations of data relevant to different aspects of the University.

Please note that is separate from ANU Insight, though many datasets on Insight are linked to on the Data Hub. While the Data Hub is open to all ANU staff, to access Insight, you must fill out the ANU Insight User Access Request Form.

ANU Insight

ANU Insight is the University's Management Information Portal. ANU Staff can access the portal in order to run reports to assist them in undertaking their roles and responsibilities.

TM1

TM1 is enterprise planning software used to implement collaborative planning, budgeting and forecasting solutions, as well as analytical and reporting applications.
