Working in close partnership with Colleges, academic staff, Student Assistance, and other portfolios, these teams ensure that students are supported through key transition points, including commencement, progression, and completion, with a strong focus on retention, wellbeing, and academic success.
Their collective work is underpinned by a commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and service excellence, with a significant program of enhancements planned to further strengthen engagement, streamline processes, and ensure services remain responsive to the evolving needs of students and the University.
