Student Education Support

The Student Education Support team provides comprehensive support to students from matriculation through to graduation, delivering expert program guidance and ensuring students have access to accurate, timely, and consistent advice throughout their academic journey. Through service delivery via the Student Hubs, online channels, and key student touchpoints, the team supports both the administrative and academic aspects of the student experience, including progression, program requirements, and navigating University processes.

Working closely with professional and academic colleagues, the team ensures that students are appropriately supported, and that any required adjustments are implemented in a considered and consistent manner. Their work is underpinned by a strong commitment to service quality, student success, and continuous improvement, with a significant program of review and enhancements planned for 2026 to further strengthen systems, processes, and the overall student experience.
