The Student Transition and Retention team are responsible for coordinating whole of institution orientation and retention activities for all students. They work closely with Colleges and our academic colleagues to deliver high-quality events and material to students to support their transition to ANU and throughout their student journey to ensure they remain engaged and successful students.

This is the primary contact point for students, professional and academic staff regarding student orientation and transition programs, activities, and resources. This includes enquiries related to:
- Orientation Week, including the pre-arrival sessions, airport pick-up service and O-Week sessions, including Academic College inductions
- orientation and transition activities for pathway students, and
- Set4ANU mentoring.
