Student Central

ANU Student Central’s core service is University-wide student enquiry support for administration processes, systems and referral to support services. Our Student Central Assistants who staff enquiry services are current students and recent graduates with first-hand experience studying at ANU.

Student Central’s services support course enrolment, program management, academic adjustments, fees, timetabling, examinations, graduation, academic records and documents:

We offer additional services to commencing students in the Orientation period each semester*:

  • Increased opening hours and capacity for in person enrolment, fee and timetabling support for commencing students, offered through our Student Help Centre.
  • Increased opening hours and capacity for student card services.
  • In person and online enrolment, fee and timetabling information sessions (pre-arrival and Orientation week).
  • Bespoke student card services for specific cohorts (e.g. Global Programs, University Accommodation).

*These additional services operate in the pre-arrival and Orientation period, and generally commence 2 weeks prior to Orientation Week and conclude Friday of Week 1.
