Amanda Diaz

Amanda is a writer and social media specialist with experience across the cultural, government and not-for-profit sectors.

After starting out as a journalist interviewing prominent filmmakers and fighting for Chris Hemsworth's attention on the red carpet, Amanda moved into book publishing. As a publicist for HarperCollins, she toured Australia with some of the world’s biggest authors.

Prior to joining ACE as the Senior Writer for ANU Reporter, Amanda spent almost four years living in South Korea, where she may or may not have lived in the same building as a K-pop group. Her work has been published by outlets including SBS, the Sydney Morning Herald, Bustle and Womankind.
