ServiceNow Reimplementation Project workshops underway

The ServiceNow Reimplementation Project is undertaking workshops to engage a cross-section of ANU staff in making the IT Service Desk easier to navigate. The outcomes of these workshops will be used to inform the design of workflows and configurations by our delivery partner (ValueFlow).
