PPMD latest to upgrade to windows 8.1

The Workspace XP remediation project has now completed deployment of Windows 8.1 to 26 devices in the Planning and Performance Measurement Division, and will finalise the arrangement with the installation of new business-class ultrabook laptops to be used as primary workstations for a number of staff.

This week the Workspace project will be focusing on the Drill Hall Gallery, providing a much-needed replacement of legacy machines. Student Administration and ANU Health Services upgrades are scheduled to commence in September and work will continue on the ITS upgrade.
