HDR Phase 2 is coming to a close

This week marks the end of Phase 2 of the HDR Student Admin Project, with the project team wrapping up on Friday 29 May. Phase 2 has seen the successful development of a target state model for future administrative support to HDR Students in consultation with professional and academic staff across the University.

The Steering Committee agreed to the high level future state design at their recent meeting on 20 May.

The Sponsor will discuss the target state, and associated implementation plan, with the Senior Management Group over the coming weeks. The implementation plan details the work of six improvement initiatives, including an improved HDR IT Systems Environment.
