HDR Administrative Support

The Project Steering Committee met this week to discuss the options for the future model of administrative support for HDR Students. Several options were tabled for discussion, with reference to what might be appropriate in the current ANU context and structure. The Committee discussed what is currently in place at other Universities and some of the challenges associated with these models. The discussion around what is the best model for ANU is ongoing. 

The Project Management Group's work has a focus on planning for the improvement initiatives required to address issues with HDR Student support, irrespective of the future structure.
