Academic Integrity Awareness Week at ANU
Academic Integrity is an essential part of your studies here at the Australian National University. At its core, it is about behaving honestly and creating work that is genuine and original.
From 30 August to 3 September, the University is hosting its first Academic Integrity Awareness Week!
There will be a range of events featuring experts to discuss academic integrity, answer your questions, and inspire you.
After all, understanding academic integrity is not just an essential requirement at ANU, it’s also a pathway to creating better work!

What kind of events are being held?
There are a range of sessions being run – whether you are a student; researcher; academic or staff member, there is a session designed for you!
- Monday 30 August, 11.45am: Launch event (Zoom)

- Tuesday 31 August, 1-2pm: Academic Integrity myth busting (for students)
- Wednesday 1 September, 1-2pm: Exams and academic integrity (for students)
- Thursday 2 September, 1-2pm: Writing with academic integrity (for students)
- Friday 3 September, 1-2pm: Academic integrity and assessment design (for staff)
- Monday to Friday, 11am-2pm : Pop-up sessions via Zoom
- Drop-in to ask questions with Learning Advisors and student ambassadors
